What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depends entirely on the student and what they want. A lot of times we set up a schedule based off what they are struggling with and what is coming up in their class. Sometimes though they just bring me questions and we work on those together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken math through Calc 3, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Complex analysis, Algebra for Teaching, Geometry for teaching, Statistics, and many math education courses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am typically $40/hr, but I am also pretty flexible when needed.
