About

Hello! If you're looking for someone to help you overcome challenges in statistics, social science, Turkish, and research design, then you've come to the right place! Choosing me as your tutor means you will get a highly personalized, positive, and goal-oriented learning experience. Are you ready to achieve success?!

I enjoy tutoring as it gives me a great opportunity to connect more closely with my students and better tailor the lessons to my their individual needs. With over six years of online and in-class teaching and tutoring experience, I am happy to say that I have helped dozens of students master their subjects.

While every tutoring session is unique to a certain extent, in general I begin the learning process by playing a larger role in helping students complete their materials or go over topics in which they need supplemental instruction. Throughout this process I constantly ask questions and assess comprehension. Gradually students are expected to do more and more of their own work as my teaching role shifts to helping them understand where they make mistakes and providing consistent feedback. A key component of my tutoring sessions is working towards highly detailed learning objectives that we decide together.

    Frequently asked questions

I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Florida with 6 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have taught lectures in social science and quantitative analysis. I also use STATA for my own research on a daily basis and have taken years of advanced quantitative analysis classes as part of my doctoral degree. I have enjoyed drawing from this training over the years to help dozens of students reach their full potential and overcome any roadblocks that might impinge their future success.

I charge a standard $33/hour for my lessons. I also offer a 10% discount for lessons which last longer than 2 hours in a single day. An additional 50% discount is available for group sessions with 3 or more students.

While the majority of my past students have been at the undergraduate level, I have also enjoyed teaching graduate students, high school students, and adults/professionals interested in improving their skills in a given subject.
