What my services stand out is I try to get to know every kid I work with because if they feel more comfortable then the results show. They will also perform better & listen if they hand a good understanding with their tutor .
Im 17 years old & I enjoy working with kids. For my work I'm a YMCA Counselor & everyday there's a kid that needs assistance with there work because they can't get it from home . I'm there to assist them everyday & I'm proud every Wednesday when they get there folder back with their grades & all I see is A & B's .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1)Get to know them & see what things there good/bad at.
2)Let them know everyone needs a little extra help with somethings & there not the only one .
3) Let them know if you figure this out today it won't be harder tomorrow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in honors classes most of my middle & highschool years. Also , I help my fellow friends with their work when they need it .
