I have a degree in math and have dedicated the last 15 years of my career to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. I have been a teacher at a middle school and a university.
I am well-versed instructional technique techniques, designed to improve comprehension, confidence and retention. I have provided quality instruction to over a thousand students and have brought STEM enrichment to thousand more over the course of my career.

I have dedicated my life and my career to encouraging students to explore and engage in STEM. I have a deep passion for these subjects and I enjoy sharing my excitement and my knowledge with the students I teach. Throughout my career I have been given the opportunity to work at some wonderful establishments supporting the growth of students in STEM: Auburn University College of Science and Mathematics K-12 Outreach, University of Alabama in Huntsville Math Department, and as a contractor supporting the STEM department of a federal agency.

How did you get started teaching?
My father is a math professor and he really ingnited my passion for mathematics and teaching at a young age. I have made a career out of this passion and I love sharing my enthusiasm with students.
