Hi there! My name is Rachel, and I have a passion for helping high schoolers improve and excel in science and math! I have a year of prior high school tutoring experience on another website, where I hosted over 100 sessions with 5 star reviews. My favorite subjects to tutor are AB/BC calculus and physics kinematics. I have also successfully tutored ACT subjects, pre-calculus, trigonometry, and chemistry.

The best part about tutoring for me is making a difference in a young person's life and helping them achieve their goals at such a young age. I really value how influential I can be over high schoolers, as I clearly remember how influential my own teachers were for me 10 years ago.

I have two engineering degrees (undergraduate in Chemical and graduate in Materials Science). I'm a recent graduate of Vanderbilt School of Engineering (2021) and University of Virginia School of Engineering (2024). I scored a 34 on my ACT on my first attempt.
