I have always had a passion to work with children of all ages. I previously had the opportunity to work at a preschool that offered afterschool care to students which provided help with homework. I enjoyed helping the students so much that I wanted to have another chance at teaching children again. I have taken many classes, and training sessions on different topics that has enhanced my teaching quality that I believe will be beneficial for my future students. Thank you for considering me!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I have worked at a preschool, I was required to have monthly training which involved different ways of teaching children different things. For example, I engaged in a training session for ZooPhonics. This training was about the phonics and letters of the alphabet. I've also taken college courses on lesson planning, and how to properly teach children different topics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I would normally work for $12 an hour, but I am flexible for individuals who need the support.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a substitute teacher when I was in high school for the preschool I had mentioned before. After that, I had become a full-time teacher for 2-year-olds, toddlers, and then finally school kids.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children that were infants to 12 years of age.
