I love to see a sense of satisfaction in my student's eyes when they realize they have learned something valuable. I have taught most of my life, including when I was the oldest child in our family helping my younger siblings with their homwork. Otherwise I have been teaching both undergraduate and graduate students since the early 1980s at 5 different universities. I am a speech language pathologist, and that therapeutic perspective is infused in all my services. I offer services in executive function therapy, and reading & spelling using Structured Word Inquiry. I also teach basic writing skills, including grammar, as well as the multiplication tables, using the Making Math Real method. New clients accepted on an ongoing basis, as space permits.
