I am an ex-teacher who has recently changed careers but still missing the hands-on aspect of helping students. I have 6 years classroom experience in teaching English, Math, Science and Social Studies to elementary aged native and EFL students. Through private tutoring, I have worked with students who are on the autism spectrum or have learning disabilities. During my tenure in education, I created and implemented reading programs that helped my students improve in their phonetic and reading comprehension skills at a fast rate.
