I have a ton of real world experience. I'm also qualified to teach both math and science so I can relate the subject matter to our world and help students understand the importance of math. .y wife and I coined a phrase that goes lime this: Math enumerates the order of the universe, Science probes its wonders. And yes Math can be fun. I especially enjoy tutoring because I get the opportunity to work one on one with students. This provides a setting where I can get a feel for what the student needs so they can be successful. It's awesome to watch the progress a student makes over time....

I graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught kindergarten for 3 years and am now a stay-at-home mom. I enjoy helping students one-on-one because I can meet them where they are and tailor a lesson or activity specifically to them. While teaching, I worked as an all day kindergarten teacher with a class of students who entered kinder needing extra help and instruction. I practiced many intervention techniques with many students to elevate their learning. I have access to resources for learning activities but am also interested in seeing the child’s school curriculums and programs.

We provide homework help, test prep, and improving math skills through a customized learning plan based on the needs of the student. Each session is 1 hour in length. After a FREE assessment, we'll put together a customized learning plan and schedule of sessions for each student. We typically meet in person at our tutoring center, but we can also do session online or a combination of both.
