I love to teach and excite students in whatever they are learning. I began teaching in public schools when I was 22. I taught 3rd and 4th graders for 11 years in all subjects. I then stopped teaching when I had my first child. However, my children were homeschooled and I taught many different types of classes in a homeschool co-op. My main focus is on elementary age students in all subjects. However, if you have a group of students who would like me to teach a mini science class, I can do all ages! I enjoy coming up with new ways to teach a lesson, and I am passionate about my students.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025 with degrees in Communications and Government, both with high honors (top 5% of my class). I am so excited to share my expertise and skills to help you learn social studies, history, government, reading, and writing. I was a summer camp counselor and babysat through high school and college, so I have a lot of experience working with elementary and middle school age kids. I am a dynamic English Language and Test Prep specialist with a decade of teaching and tutoring experience with students of all ages. I am TEFL/TESOL certified, have a bachelor's in political science from Georgetown University and a Master's in Education from University College London. My forte is helping students understand their strengths and areas of growth through targeted Interventions in order to prepare them for whatever learning challenge they are facing.
