Hello! I am Jamie. I am 4th year teacher. Right now I teach PreK-4. I have taught first and second grade in all subjects. I have been tutoring for over 10 years and started in middle school. I have a passion for teaching and want the best for all students.

My passion is to help students be successful in school. I have 19 years experience teaching English/Reading. I currently teach 10th grade English in Garland, TX. I have tutored for the past 4 years in Garland, TX.

I have a degree in Theatre and World Communication and always had a passion for teaching and the written word. I have traveled the world learning about other cultures and cultivating new wisdom and knowledge that allows me to work with all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds. Hi! I am a recent high school graduate from the Greenhill School. I graduated on the honor roll and with AP distinctions. I also competed in speech and debate and did theatre throughout high school, earning various awards, so I am very versed in public speaking. I've worked with kids in various camps and tutored them before, and I love working with children and helping them learn! I am good at being patient and concise in material to make it easier for my students to work with. I would love to work with parents and students to ensure that their child is getting what they need from me!
