My name is Jacob (Jaci) Terkel, I am 22 years 22-year-old graduate of Gettysburg College and have been tutoring math since I was 11 years old. I have worked with students of all skill and age levels from Pre-K to Calculus to Post-Calculus College Courses. 100% of the students I have worked with have not only improved in their requested metric (eg. grades or test scores), but they have also developed at least a small degree of appreciation for mathematics. This development of a love for the subject is the most important thing a tutor can provide to a student as doing so ensures they have a genuine interest in learning mathematics.

I love learning and helping others learn. I believe no two people can learn the exact same way and therefore everyone should be able to have an environment where they're allowed to succeed.
