Amazing help with English essays and great at helping with exam prep. Always knew how to explain concepts in easy terms and kept me on track with my work.

The experience was very easy and seamless. The tutor was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me proofread and edit essays. She was kind and provided helping suggestions as opposed to simply fixing mistakes turning the experience into one of true learning.

    Frequently asked questions

I like to look over your coursework to get an idea of how the class is set up. From there, we can talk about when and how to meet, pricing, and your specific needs. I want to make sure your learning environment is comfortable and that you feel secure in asking for help.

B.Sc. in biology from Penn State University

Trained to work as a wildlife rehabilitation volunteer

Ceritificates and miscellaneous course work covering everything from ecology and religion to conservation and animal behavior

I typically charge between $20 and $40 per hour based on the intensity and level of expertise required for the subject material. I am, however, negotiable, as I believe everyone should have access to the help they deserve!

I have worked with students from the ages of 11 to 21, including students with Asperger's and ADHD. I can generally do any K-8 subject, most high school courses, and some college courses (would like to review the syllabus first as all courses teach slightly different things).

More than anything, find someone you're comfortable with! Lots of people are plenty smart enough to help you with your courses, but that's no use if you don't feel comfortable talking to them and asking questions.
