I have a masters degree in History obtained from the University of Tulsa. I have over 35 years of experience in instructing literature and composition. Previously, I lectured at the University level at the University of Tulsa, St. Gregory's University, and Tulsa Community College. Experienced personal tutor for ages ranging from 6-17. Extensive experience in preparation and entrance process for College. I have an Oklahoma Teaching certificate.

I have been teaching for 24 years. My masters degree is in Reading, as this is my passion. Once a child/student/adult learns to love reading, the door to endless opportunities opens. My job is to facilitate that journey. It might be a young child struggling with blending words or understanding short text passages. Fir adults, there may be a stigma of " I am too old to learn". Hello! My name is Ms. Jaye I am a Computer Science teacher at a prominent Secondary Charter School. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development that also doubles as a Center Director degree. I interned a nationally asscredited school for two years and have been teaching ever since 2019. Gaining experience with children ages six weeks to 15 years old. I recently started attending Grand Canyon University for my degree in Psychology to began a journey in Therapy. I am also a parent of three daughters ages 13, 9, and 7.

I am so excited to get back into teaching kiddos. I've loved teaching and helping children since I was probably 8 years old. I knew back when I was in 2nd grade that I wanted to be a teacher, but as I grew older I knew being a teacher was not for me, but I always wanted to stay active in helping teachers and children. I love teaching and interacting with children. It's always been a passion of mine since I was young. I've been out of the childcare and assistant teaching programs for quite some time, but I somehow always manage to come back to it....
