Hi, I'm Swastik - Your Pre-Algebra Tutor Who Makes Math Make Sense Getting to Know Me I'm a rising junior in high school from Princeton, New Jersey, and I'm genuinely passionate about making mathematics accessible and exciting. While I've had the incredible opportunity to work on AI cancer detection systems at Harvard Medical School and compete in global machine learning competitions, what I love most is that moment when a concept finally clicks for a student. There's nothing quite like seeing someone go from "I hate math" to "Wait, that actually makes sense!" What It's Like Working With Me My students often tell me that I'm different from ot

I currently do home instruction for kids in the public schools who are not able to attend their district school for various reasons. I know American Sign Language, French and am learning Spanish.

I have extensive experience tutoring middle and high school students across math, science, English, history, essay writing, and study skills, and I'm comfortable working with a wide range of levels. In addition to subject-specific tutoring, I focus a lot on organization, time management, prioritization, and study habits. Thomas is an absolute godsend. My son struggles badly with math but being a computer major, there's alot of math. Thomas explains it all in a way that my son isn't just memorizing formulas, he is actually understanding it. No more math classes without Thomas!
