I homeschooled all six of my own children, kindergarten through high school. I even had several other families sending their children to my home, so it was like a K-12 one-room school. I have been in education for 36 years. I started at the elementary level for my first 10 years and then moved into teaching math at both the middle and high school levels after I completed my Masters Degree in mathematics. I have worked for Huntington Leaving Center for several years tutoring in test preparation for math and science. I also have taught English as a Second Language in China for several years.
