I recently graduated from the University of Kansas with honors in Biology. I completed my degree in three years with a deep understanding. I love helping kiddos and also work part-time at a daycare/preschool facility.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet with the student (and or parents) to figure out what they want to achieve with my tutoring service and figure out where the students weak spots and strengths are. I also think that learning style is a big component to learning. Whether you are a visual, auditory, reading and writing, or kinesthetic, we will find the right approach for success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Kansas.
How did you get started teaching?
I tutored at an elementary school for a state funded tutoring program and then I eventually became the tutor coordinator.
