I’m pretty new at tutoring professionally, it’s mostly just something I’ve done for younger kids or kids my own age who really struggle with math. Seeing a student's eyes light up when they "get it". One-on-one is the best because I can see, hear, feel what the student is thinking and the rapport, one-on-one is so much better.
