Let me tell you, you are getting the best of the best with Patrick! He is a great human. I taught Patrick and two of his six siblings as a first grade teacher at Our Saviour Grade School. They were some of the smartest children I have ever taught, even today. I am still friends with his mother and father. I watched Patrick grow from a precocious boy to a responsible young man as he is a friend of my daughter as well. I have Dyslexia and ADD. Geometry was very hard for me to where I was having panic attacks during class. Ms. Cross took time out of her lunch break and sometimes after school to work with me and help me understand geometry to where I can pass. With her help I raised my grade from failing to a C and was able to graduate a semester early. I will always remember her no matter where I go in life as she was the first person to never make me feel bad about myself for not seeing things the way others do.
