I am paritcularly fond of the sale of and purchase of a new church property we worked through this year due to the diligence and perseverence it took to complete those transactions.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher who has interests outside of teaching but who also have diversity in thier interests. For example, don't select a teacher just because they say they like sports. That's very general and can be a bit misleading.
Instead select a teacher who is transparent with themselves, to a point and are more open
