I am a current college student who had a love-hate relationship with math growing up. Now I want to help those in the community who may have the same issue I had growing up.
I took all honors classes from middle school to high school including honors algebra 1 and 2, precalculus, Advanced placement statistics, College algebra, and statistics.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have the student send me pictures of how they do the problems, so I can see where they may be getting confused. if the are completely unsure I send basic problems for them to follow along with me and increase in difficulties until they feel comfortable enough to do it on their own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have volunteered as a tutor in high school for the incoming freshman that may need a little extra help in math.

How did you get started teaching?
Many of my classmates would always ask me for help and would always tell me how easy I made the work seem. I want everyone to be able to see the simplicity in even the hardest of math problems.
