Hi, my name is Caroline! I’m currently completing the last few credits for my bachelor’s from the University of Miami. I started professionally tutoring as an ACT/SAT test prep tutor when my college classes were moved online due to COVID. I have tutored kids as young as pre-kindergarten in phonics and language basics (I am Orton-Gillingham certified) to building foundational math skills, up to ACT/SAT test prep and AP high school calculus BC (equivalent to Calculus 2), AP Chem, and all English/literature. I am proficient in Spanish (completed fluency component at USD, and graduated AP Spanish 5 in the Spanish National Honors Society), have published (by the American Chemistry Society) Biochemistry research along with multiple other related credentials. I also scored an average of 33 on the ACT with a consistently perfect score of 36 in reading comprehension and writing. I have also worked with several children with various types of learning disabilities and/or differences: children on the autism spectrum, kids with speech/communication delays, dyslexia, and more.

Before narrowing my education to STEM, I graduated Blue Valley North High School with 19+ AP and Honors courses on the honor roll, ranging from AP Literature and AP English Language Arts to AP Physics and AP Calculus. I'm happy to provide any references and/or other documentation. I'm also fully vaccinated and boosted. I also have background in Microsoft programs (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc), ADOBE pdf editing, and the fundamentals of JAVA coding. I'm also able to provide references for my tutoring history and results. Working with students is a passion of mine and I'd love the opportunity to work with you and your family!
