I am a specialist in Communication and Language Skills. I have been in business for 12 years but I have worked in schools for 29 years. My work is highly individualized to suit the needs of my students. I enjoy my work tremendously and love seeing my students achieve their goals. I have a B.S from Emerson College and a M.S. from the University of R.I. I am also certified by the American Speech and Language Association. I teach English, Writing, Music (instrumental and vocal), Theater, Art, and History grades 1 through 12. I was a certified English, History and Fine Arts teacher in Massachusetts for over 30 years teaching in public school, private school for behavior challenged students and Performing Arts Schools. I have tutored students individually and in small groups as well as working with home schooled children in the creative arts.

I am a Kindergarten teacher in Southeastern CT and I graduated from UConn's NEAG School of Education in 2024 with my Bachelor's and Master's in Elementary Education. I am passionate about teaching kids how to read using the latest research in the Science of Reading and Writing. I can't wait to help your child succeed!

I am an elementary school teacher who holds New York State certifications in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) and Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2). I also hold a B.S. in Elementary Education from Boston University and an M.Ed in Language Education from Trinity College Dublin. I offer a wide range of tutoring, from the elementary level to even the high school level. For high school students, I offer essay writing support, as well as SAT and ACT prep.
