I have been passionate about education and learning from the start of my journey through education. Knowledge and growth has and will always be my top priority. Throughout high school I maintained a full schedule, playing two sports, and working full time. Through all of that I learned great time management skills and graduated with a 3.98 gpa. I currently attend the University of Colorado Denver as a biology major with a minor in chemistry on the pre-med track.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process I go through starts with first understanding what the student is facing challenges with. What isnt clicking and what don't they understand. I then move on to see what they do know and what they have learned by looking over notes they may have take or previous homework/quizzes they have completed. After I have a good understanding of what needs to be done I start by laying out the basic idea of what needs to be learned to understand the concept. Taking time to answer questions and concerns. I end with completing practice problems to ensure they fully understand and grasp the content.
