Hello! I’m Tiana, a private tutor of all subjects and mentor. I graduated middle school with 4.0 GPA, high school with a 4.6 GPA, and have a 4.0 college GPA. I love teaching others! My mission is to help students reach their greatest potential and reduce all the stress, anxiety, and doubt surrounding academics I accommodate all learning styles and disabilities.

We teach math in the way that makes sense to each individual student. We focus on conceptual development and deeper understanding of the material. We develop mathematical intuition and number sense...and most of all, we increase confidence and teach students how to enjoy learning math! I love teaching math. It is my life's passion and purpose. I love sitting with students and watching them experience that "light bulb" moment when the understanding happens. I love seeing students learn to enjoy math instead of fearing it. I can help you understand mathematics up to the Calculus 3 and Differential Equations level. I am able to explain the topics thoroughly. I will ensure that the student is able to comprehend the material by giving examples. I have received scholarships for STEM majors and I am majoring in engineering. Update: I can also tutor in General Chemistry 1 and 2 I recently have expanded my tutoring services to incIude General Chemistry 1 and 2. I have always had a passion for mathematics and science. I am a University of Berkeley Alum and a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin. I have over a year of tutoring experience in Calculus and Linear Algebra and other subjects. I am a very patient teacher because I know that true understanding takes time for each students.

I try to share with the students an easy way of looking at maths topics, that involves minimum memorization and maximum understanding.
