Hassan’s Tutoring
About
I am passionate about what I teach and what I teach is what students will find interesting. I try to develop a natural instinct already present in a student and then try to make it bloom like a flower.
I get to spread the knowledge that was passed onto me and then pass it to somebody else who then passes it to somebody else and the process continues. It is quite interesting how much Math is related to our lives yet we do not find it interesting. I find changing people's perceptions of Math interesting.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk to the student at first and get to know him better. I ask the student to tell me about things he knows and then determine whether he needs a lot of help or some of it. I do not waste the time of the student neither his/her money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a 1410 in SAT with a 790/800 SAT Math.
I also had all As in sciences and mathematics in High School.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
SAT/ACT tutoring: 50$
High School/Middle school tutoring/help: 50$
How did you get started teaching?
I first volunteered and taught my siblings alongside some community members nearby. Then I volunteered at my school and taught a lot of kids. This developed into a passion and I found it quite interesting.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with lazy, depressed, motivated/non-motivated, arrogant, down to earth high schoolers and middle schoolers. I have always found a way to reach out to them and get them more involved in an interesting way.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If a teacher does not give you extra time to check him out, be wary.
Do not pay hundreds of dollars for something that you can get better in cheap. A lot of people who charge a lot more stick to their standardised plan and do not take into consideration the learning and adapting styles of different students.
