My daughter had to write a pre-algebra test in a few days and I was concerned she was struggling. I feel compelled to share a great "find" we made last year. School had only been in session for two weeks before my kids came home lamenting that their AP Physics teacher left them totally confused and stressed out. I found Daniel, a 2012 UCLA engineering grad who has been tutoring for many years. I could not be more thankful that Mint was my teacher for SAT Math. She was very understanding of the material and constantly came up with ways to make learning fun for her students. With her tricks to memorize the skills I needed to learn for specific for the SATs, I was able to get the score I had never dreamt of: 780.
