I am a science professional with a love of learning and passion for helping students at all levels of learning. When it comes to teaching, I believe that every student learns in their own way, at their own pace, and the best teaching method is to get to know the individual learning style of each student and tailor my teaching style to what will help that student be the most successful.

I have my B.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and have taught a number of classes, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses. While most of my teaching experience has been at the university level, I have tutored students since 2008 and am experienced in tutoring students ranging from elementary to graduate school. I am comfortable in tutoring in a broad variety of subjects and am happy to discuss if my skills match what you're looking for in more detail. In addition to regular schoolwork, I have experience in helping high school and undergraduate students prep for standardized tests, such as the GRE or ACT.
