I am an engineer with a passion for making complicated topics easy to understand. I have been tutoring in various forms for 11 years and would love to help you or your child understand your topic of choice.
I have experience in tutoring everything up until college calculus, including algebra, geometry, and statistics. I also love to work with English, whether it's spelling, writing, reading, or anything else.
My credentials: I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, have been published as an author, and have been teaching/tutoring for over a decade. I currently work in the tech industry.
I love being a part of that moment when something goes from mysterious to understandable. Regardless of the subject, I find it infinitely rewarding to enable someone else to reach that point of understanding.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before I begin the tutoring process, I prefer to work with the student and their parents (if desired) to determine their goals. Next, I work with the student to determine how they best learn, and from there we can dive into the material.
