Hello everyone!
My name is Rumpy (room-pee), and I’m excited to be working with you. I started my career as a lab scientist, then became a project manager, and now I’m here as an educator, because teaching and learning are truly my passions. I bring over 20 years of experience in biotechnology, animal research, and managing projects, so I know what it means to work hard, think critically, and keep learning.
Working with me, you can expect someone who is patient, encouraging, and who believes in helping you discover your own strengths. I know that reading and writing are key to understanding the world, and I’ll always push you to develop those skills. And while math isn’t my favorite, I’ve had to use it every day in my field...so I know how important it is, and I’m ready to help you master it too.
I’ll do an excellent job because I care deeply about your growth. I know what it’s like to struggle and persevere, and I’ll bring that same determination to help you succeed. Let’s make this a great learning experience together!
