Hi there!! My name is Rachel! I graduated high school top 5% of my class and I’m now currently attending UCSD for my final year! I’ve worked part time in sales, writing, and teaching young kiddos. I’m earning my bachelors in psychology and have excel in writing! I’d love to help my community in any way I can, but teaching and working hands on truly ignites a spark within me.

I have several years experience as a certified literacy tutor and homework helper. I also have TESL certification. (Teaching English as a Second Language. My special skills are in English coursework - covering reading, grammar, spelling, literature, along with writing guidelines for both term and research papers. My goal is to make learning fun, and I use several techniques to help students reach their goals. I enjoy the moment a student understands a certain concept or strategy I've taught them so they're better able to retain and use that new knowledge in their future educational endeavors.
