Tad is knowledgeable, patient and very experienced on English tutoring. When I fist time had a class with him, I found the phrases and the words he delivered were such elegant and deep. Those useful words and phrases give me a lot help on writing. I guess reason why is he's not only a teacher but also a writer. As to the speaking, I feel like no pressure when I talk to him. He would also lead and guide me when I was stuck in while speaking. For me, he's a teacher but also like a close friend. I feel like my English has been improved a lot, and I'm now more confident than I was before when communicating with me the Americans.
