Hiya! My name is Isai Mata and I am currently working towards my Bachelor's in English Education. I have done some tutoring before in high school and college at the tutoring centers. I served as a literature advisor at an elementary school for about a year. And now I want to help out in other places. I think I'd be a good fit for the job if patience and knowledgeable about the topic is what you're looking for. I graduated from Oregon High School and am currently a Sophomore at Edgewood College pursuing a degree in Spanish Teaching. All throughout high school, I tutored my peers and assisted in Spanish classrooms at both the Middle and High School. I also took the opportunity to travel with my classmates to both Costa Rica and Panama where we stayed with host families and spoke in Spanish at all times.

I love helping individuals sharpen their Spanish vocabulary, a lot of people assume that Spanish is pretty straight forward but being born in Guatemala City and moving the the United States I have been exposed to ALL sorts of Spanish speaking individuals and have learned that our language is VERY diverse and I love to teach individuals about this. Help others grow is such an amazing feeling.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I majored in Mathematics with Honors and in Spanish. I now currently live in Spain, where I teach English in public schools and in private classes. I continue to tutor Math online to high school and university students, as I did throughout college.
