I love helping individuals sharpen their Spanish vocabulary, a lot of people assume that Spanish is pretty straight forward but being born in Guatemala City and moving the the United States I have been exposed to ALL sorts of Spanish speaking individuals and have learned that our language is VERY diverse and I love to teach individuals about this. Help others grow is such an amazing feeling.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love getting to know students, what motivates them, how they learn best, what they don't like etc. This helps create a teaching style for each individual student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be an assistant director for a child care facility in which we lost our Spanish teacher due to her moving out of state, I took on that role and made it my own, the kids loved it and I feel like my way of teaching helped them understand and learn more. I also nannied in college and while nannying tutored kiddos in many subjects but mostly in Spanish, helped them learn words and make them into phrases as well as culture.
