Hi! I am a college senior at ODU majoring in Elementary Ed. I am mostly a math whiz. I will graduate in December to be an Elementary Teacher. I love being able to teach and help students and I’ve had 2 years of practice so far. I am currently in two practicum courses where I be in the classroom with students and teachers.

I am a VA certified teacher (PK-6) in my 16th year of teaching. I also have my masters degree in Leadership in Math Education which certifies me to teach Math for K-8. The majority of my teaching career has been in 5th/6th grade math. Additionally, I have been privately tutoring students in grades 4-9 in various concepts of math for 10+ years.

I currently work part-time at a High school as a tutor working with freshmen since 2020. The students I work with perform much better and spend many hours perfecting my craft to make learning easier, logical and simpler.
