As a current college student with 20+ years of tutoring experience, all K-12 material is still quite relevant and fresh in my mind. I have worked with a variety of ages, from kindergarten all the way to high school. I get to know each student individually as well as get to know their personal goals. I will provide quick, concise responses for those in a hurry, and slow, methodic teaching for those looking to understand the material on a deeper level. I welcome parent feedback and will alter my methods based on parental goals as well.

I began tutoring in college and have over four years of experience helping students succeed in math, chemistry, biology, anatomy, and physiology. In addition to my tutoring background, I also taught high school chemistry, physics, and biology for several years. My main priority as a tutor is to ensure each student truly understands every concept we cover. I tailor my teaching pace to match each student’s needs — moving quickly for those who want to stay ahead, or taking things step by step for those who need a more thorough foundation. I am committed to creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students can build confidence and ach

Reviews for Draper special education tutors

Recent success stories from people in the Draper area.
Riley K.
Cambrea has been amazing with my child. My child has grown so much so in the last few weeks. I have been astounded by my child's advancement in reading and math. Cambrea is patient and friendly to work with. She has been gentle with my child, who at times can have their moments of being unruly and flighty, but Cambrea has been able to keep my child on task with kind words and guidance. I will always recommend Cambrea to other parents whose kids are struggling in the classroom. Because I know, that my child will thrive under Cambrea's direction and guidance in school.
