After 30 years in media production, I changed careers and became a classroom teacher through an alternative certification program in Texas. I hold these certifications currently: Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, Journalism 7-12, and ESL Supplemental 4-12. I recently retired from the classroom, but want to continue my ties to education. The bulk of my classroom experience is with students that have learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive functioning difficulties. I have specialized in working with students on an individual basis and delivering instructions based on their learning styles.

I am a Certified Public Accountant 73 years old. I homeschooled my grand daughter during covid. Taught math and reading during my time with her. I'm good at teaching elementary math.
