I am a graduate of Louisiana State University. I am currently a Special Education Teacher who teaches all core subjects (Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, and High School courses) in Middle and High School. I have worked with students of all age groups from pre-K through High School. I enjoy teaching and learning and look forward to working with you!

It always excites me when a student gains fluency in the target language. It does take work and practice, but once gained it is infectious.

I am retired after 40 years of success with students of all ages and backgrounds. I have received several awards including Texas Spanish Teacher of the Year, Texas Outstanding Advanced Placement Teacher, and Innovative Teaching Awards.
