After 30 years in media production, I changed careers and became a classroom teacher through an alternative certification program in Texas. I hold these certifications currently: Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, Journalism 7-12, and ESL Supplemental 4-12. I recently retired from the classroom, but want to continue my ties to education. The bulk of my classroom experience is with students that have learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive functioning difficulties. I have specialized in working with students on an individual basis and delivering instructions based on their learning styles.

Love working with children. I am a retired public and Christian school teacher. I taught 47 years most 2nd but also 3rd, 4th, and fifth. I am skilled in teaching elementary reading, creative writing, reading including phonics. I have small group tutored in the past but interested now in individual tutoring.
