Carmen is professional, organized, caring, enthusiastic, creative and very qualified. She is also proficient in many different subjects. She was a major support to our family when my high school son's classes went online due to the Covid virus situation. She not only got him back on track academically, she got him excited about learning, taught him how to cook for himself AND taught him more Spanish in a few months than he learned in two years of school. Her approach to teaching is creative, fun, and tailored to the individual student. Carmen is a natural teacher with an ability to inspire and engage her students. Carmen has designed a summer program to continue teaching my son Spanish, preparing him for the SAT and getting him ready for chemistry in the fall. She is an amazing tutor and person-a true blessing to our family!
