After 30 years in media production, I changed careers and became a classroom teacher through an alternative certification program in Texas. I hold these certifications currently: Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, Journalism 7-12, and ESL Supplemental 4-12. I recently retired from the classroom, but want to continue my ties to education. The bulk of my classroom experience is with students that have learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive functioning difficulties. I have specialized in working with students on an individual basis and delivering instructions based on their learning styles.

Hi! I am a recent high school graduate from the Greenhill School. I graduated on the honor roll and with AP distinctions. I also competed in speech and debate and did theatre throughout high school, earning various awards, so I am very versed in public speaking. I've worked with kids in various camps and tutored them before, and I love working with children and helping them learn! I am a former teacher with certifications in PreK-6th grade core subjects as well as all grade levels of Physical Education, Special Education, and English as a Second Language. I’m now staying home with my own children, but I would love to continue working with young learners.
