After 30 years in media production, I changed careers and became a classroom teacher through an alternative certification program in Texas. I hold these certifications currently: Generalist 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, Journalism 7-12, and ESL Supplemental 4-12. I recently retired from the classroom, but want to continue my ties to education. The bulk of my classroom experience is with students that have learning differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive functioning difficulties. I have specialized in working with students on an individual basis and delivering instructions based on their learning styles.

I am a graduate of Duke University, where I majored in Statistics. I really have a liking for teaching/tutoring all things math-related. I have high proficiency in reading, writing, and the social sciences as well. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!

Hi! I am a recent high school graduate from the Greenhill School. I graduated on the honor roll and with AP distinctions. I also competed in speech and debate and did theatre throughout high school, earning various awards, so I am very versed in public speaking.
