First will basically find a starting point of your knowledge base in which you want tutoring for with a test. Then we can improve from there. I taught public school for over 10 years, including 2 years at the state public online school (TNVA). Most of that decade of teaching was for the Knox County Schools district, in various elementary & middle schools. I am certified in the State of Tennessee (license number 000583435) in middle grades education (4 - 8), and have taught and/or tutored all 4 core subjects, including related arts: visual art, PE, mindfulness, STEM/robotics, PBL, reading intervention, and math intervention. I am an independent tutor, but still sometimes substitute teach for Calculating Minds math learning centers.

I have taught college classes from the 100 (Freshman) to 600 (Advanced Graduate) level in several engineering disciplines. These courses involve math (algebra, calculus, trig, differential equations), physics, some chemistry, and some biology.

I am a former adult education teacher, but I am equally adept at teaching all age ranges. I have 7 years teaching experience and 3 years tutoring experience. I taught many subjects, ranging from English as a second language to high school level math and science. I am passionate about education. It is a key that opens many doors.
