I taught public school for over 10 years, including 2 years at the state public online school (TNVA). Most of that decade of teaching was for the Knox County Schools district, in various elementary & middle schools. I am certified in the State of Tennessee (license number 000583435) in middle grades education (4 - 8), and have taught and/or tutored all 4 core subjects, including related arts: visual art, PE, mindfulness, STEM/robotics, PBL, reading intervention, and math intervention. I am an independent tutor, but still sometimes substitute teach for Calculating Minds math learning centers.

First will basically find a starting point of your knowledge base in which you want tutoring for with a test. Then we can improve from there. I have taught college classes from the 100 (Freshman) to 600 (Advanced Graduate) level in several engineering disciplines. These courses involve math (algebra, calculus, trig, differential equations), physics, some chemistry, and some biology.
