Hi, my name is Christa, and I love working with students! A fun fact about me is that I can say the dialogue from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by heart. The most rewarding part of tutoring for me is when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point! On a more personal level, I am a patient and caring type of person! I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in STEM subjects through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I am currently a high school science teacher in Massachusetts. I teach Biology as my primary subject matter but have also taught Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology and Farm to Table. I love teaching high school age students, helping them reach their goals, and learn science!
