Hi, I’m Jennifer. I have taught ages 5 to adult. I taught in public schools in California, and now I am a private teacher/tutor. I was trained to be a language arts teacher, but I teach whatever my students need help with. Sometimes I teach fractions or geography, if that’s what is needed! I create lessons based on my students’ interests and needs, so they are always improving and never bored. My cat, Pumpkin, likes to be my assistant and is frequently next to my computer during classes. I love animals, and when I am not teaching, I am taking care of our dogs, cats, and horses. I can’t wait to get started and help you with your learning need

Lisa is very patient with my daughter. She is prepared for each lesson and my daughter is engaged and learning. Lessons are remote and my daughter stays engaged the full hour. The tools she used to help her with reading, writing, and math have been ones she takes back to the classroom with her and she has so much more confidence! I would highly reccommend this tutor.
