Mr. Healy is dedicated to his work. He is resourceful and personable. Mr. Healy has an excellent knack for problem solving and working step by step with the student to reach the final answer, all while ensuring the student actually understands the methods being taught. Mr. Healy tutored me when I was in high school, I was not the easiest student to deal with. He patiently worked with me and got me where I needed to be to pass that year. Fast forward to this year, my 5th grader was struggling in math and we knew just who to call. My daughter's grade went from failing to passing, she gained the confidence she was lacking and truly enjoyed meeting with Mr. Healy each week. Highly recommend!

Laura was warm and friendly, endlessly patient, and made algebra fun for an overwhelmed student. Thanks to her, I was able to successfully "challenge" (get at least an 85% on the exam without having taken the class) the algebra Regents exam in NY state, which then allowed me to take the advanced math track in high school. I did ultimately graduate valedictorian, so Laura definitely set me up for success!
