I will peronally tutor your student in math and make sure he/she understands the basic fundamentals. Math is composed of building blocks where one topic builds upon another. I will help to fill the gaps your student may have. I fully believe ALL students have the ability to learn the math and that it is just a matter of engagement and effort. I began my post-secondary adventure by obtaining an Associate's Degree in Applied Science Human Services. I then continued on to earn my bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Finally, I most recently graduated from UNLV with a ...

Hiya, I'm Daelen and I've been tutoring people all my life. Whether it be during school tutoring random classmates, sometimes the whole class, or through my last year of getting paid to do what I love, it's been a constant. I only have a high school diploma but I have yet to find something I can't teach. I always adjust my tutoring style to match whoever needs it and absolutely love that flash in the eyes of my students when the topic clicks for them. It makes all my effort worth it. I intend to make this into a business and spread my tutoring style into my community, making things better for all students that I can!

Hello, my name is Debbie, I worked with an Academic Coaching service while working on my master's in Special Education. My first job after graduating college. Was at a school called New Horizons Academy. There we work with children with disabilities and special abilities. Some students had ADD or ADHD some had severe anxiety about school and some had Asperger's syndrome. Just some examples. I loved working there. One of the most important things that I took away from that school experience. Was that not every day is a learning day for children. You must find the way that each student learns, find the right method, and teach to their style of

I'm a recently retired teacher that is certified in special education, grades K-12. Other than deaf or blind, I have worked with all disabilities for 15 years, specializing in students with learning disabilities. My content area is mathematics, grades 6-9, and I am highly qualified in middle school math, including Algebra 1. I would love the opportunity to help students learn and see the beauty of mathematics.
