I have a history with working with children, I am also the oldest of many siblings. I excell at math and science and as a concept learner, I understand how to relate such things to others and I very much enjoy teaching. I’m 40 yrs old but a very down to earth and young at heart soul. I went to school for nursing but had to drop out due to my physical health that does not impede my daily function anymore. I also do yoga and I’m a fit person and very clean and respectful.

My passion is teaching in various forms and for all levels of education from elementary to high school to college including admissions prep. My specialties are math, engineering and the physical sciences having earned my Masters and Ph.D. from UCLA. I take pride in combining formal study with practical coaching to instill confidence in the subject and improve test scores. I’ve been teaching in one form or another for over 30 years, and the work is as fulfilling for me as for the students I work with.
