I am one credit away from earning my MFA in Film at Stony Brook University, where I was an adjunct professor teaching film for two years. I approach the role of professor/teacher/tutor very seriously, adapting how I teach to the student(s), and ensuring there is two way communication. Additionally I want each student to feel supported so they can focus on learning.

I’ve been an educator for 22 years. I obtained a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Fordham university and I hold both a Master of Arts and Masters of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Those degrees are in Learning Disabilities and Educational Leadership respectively. As a current college student with 4+ years of tutoring experience, all K-12 material is still quite relevant and fresh in my mind.
